We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for third-party services, software, or platforms used in connection with our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGITAL MILLENIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
